We are A Plus House Cleaners are a Veteran and Law Enforcement owned business. The two owners are husband and wife that met in Okinawa, Japan through the United States Marine Corps. Alliyah became a Marine in 2015 and completed two tours being forward deployed in the INDO Pacific. Jesse served four years on active duty. He is currently assigned to a Reserve unit with the Marine Corps and has over 10 years of service.
Our Story
We also found a hard time finding someone to trust to clean our house. Through time, I asked our long-time house cleaner if she would clean for our company. I ensured her pay would not drop or be on hold. We found that customers never had the ability to hold someone accountable if there were any issues with cleans. They often encountered a phone tree answering machine. We set out to change the customer service aspect of house cleaning. We aimed to set the bar so high for the customers. Our goal is to ensure we do not lose them. We want to complete the job and follow through effectively.
